Terms and conditions
General Terms -
Please note that there must be at least one adult (over 18) per booking. There is no capacity to accompany children but 'not take part'. This is an insurance requirement, and ensures that our instructors can keep an eye on everybody present.
If you can't make the session, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance; we can't promise to rebook or refund any sessions which are either no-shows or cancelled within 72 hours of the booked session.
If you're going to be late, please try to get in touch, we'll generally wait about 15 minutes before setting off, unless we know you're still coming. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we'll count you as a 'no-show'.
Groupon vouchers -
to make a booking, please email us with the course and date you'd like, along with the voucher security number. That's the one in the top left of the voucher. Please don't use the Groupon booking website - we use the one on our website instead.
Living Social and Wowcher vouchers -
to make a booking just email us with the course and dates you'd like, including your voucher code. Your vouchers can be used for courses after their expiry date; as long as you make a confirmed booking before the due date, the voucher will be valid for a whole year.
